JICA Tohoku Branch Office

The office is responsible for the support of the young personnel from Africa who have been selected to pursue a master’s degree in various fields and internship program under the ABE Initiatives (African Business Education Initiatives for Youth).

Tohoku University Global Learning Center

This center plays a pivotal role in the establishment and execution of Tohoku University’s education internationalization strategy, and in the promotion of international exchange activities. There are currently many African students engaged in various academic fields with the center.
